Service was rather average but still better than the food. I have a high bar for Indian and this certainly does not meet it. It was overpriced too.

This is one of our favourite locals to visit.

Went here on Thursday night and the food was good, I ordered the tandoori sizzling platter which came with lamb chops, chicken and prawns.

A group of 5 of us enjoyed cocktails upstairs and a most delicious Sunday lunch at Whales Way. The food, service, staff and view are all amazing. I highly recom...

"We have been going to Little ship club for many years for lunch. Food has always been excellent and customer service has always been good. It has always been our go to on Straddie. But Sundays experience ruined it for us.When we went to order our food, my mother asked for a menu to take to our outside tables and the girl taking the orders said to “get a camera and take a photo of the blackboard” as they don’t have any menus.Maybe she doesn’t realise there are stillpeople who don’t have phones or don’t carry them to order food. The Menu is not what is on the website. They had very limited selection of food. When I asked the girl taking our order why it wasn’t the same she said there was new kitchen staff.Hubby and mum had calamari, chips and salad for $24. 5 heavily buttered calamari rings and heaps of chips. There was more batter than the calamari.I paid $20 for 300gm of prawns, which when I got them, there were only 8 in the tiny bucket them came in. They weren’t even on ice like they used to be. Just some water underneathI also ordered 1/2 dozen oysters. I asked how much for a dozen. When told $42 for a dozen of small oysters I said not to worry about the dozen and to keep the 1/2 dozen. When I picked up my order there were no oysters and the same girl actually argued with me in length saying I said to forget them. I told her I didn’t say that and she said she knew what I had said and I had to let it go because she wouldn’t. Rude!LSC, you need to change the menu on the website and teach the girl taking the order good customer service"

"I almost don't want to judge it too high or otherwise everyone will learn about this great little place. beer are icey cold the burgers are honest to quality unpredictable fresh and tasty. the passout is exactly what they want on an island to make them feel like they are gone from everything. make sure they want to return to a low flut. make sure they check their route on a map when they come with the boot. many sandbars to hold. that enjoyed it very much."

"This business started over twenty years ago as a van in the front yard and is now a couple of sheds in the yard. Fresh seafood comes in daily from local trawler s and supplemented by other sources Prawns oysters scallops crabs and bugs are mainstays with fish fillets Today we picked up a kilogram of whiting fillets. Other days local fish varieties are offered Worth coming in the morning to get a coffee from the pop up on the verandah. The staff are very funny with a wicked sense of humour! Supplies offered are first class as well as assortment of sauces"

"Beautiful food on the first night with only a small crowd but second time it was busy and our food was disappointing compared to the first night..staff were very accommodating considering we had not booked a table..if only there was lighting out on the grassed area. We created our own lighting."
