After almost 20 years of visits to Port Douglas Otz still delivers on scrumptious cakes, delicious coffee and excellent pre prepared meals to go. This café is a one minute walk from my house yet I would usually rather drive ten minutes to the next café just for a welcoming smile and a simple thank you after spending my hard earned cash. The coffee is good and gives you a huge energy boost but the owner here is rude, grumpy and ungrateful every single time. The Indian women working here are lovely and if it wasn't for them I would never enter the café. View all feedback.
