can an Italian joint be really great in a hotel in provo? we had an average meal here. the food was well prepared, but not in any wise stand out, my escape was bland (Italian solid). I can think of some things that I would change directly from the beater brot? how would it be to have oil and edgy on the table? or, how about fresh ground pfeffer and parmesan with a pasta-deer? the chef just doesn't try very hard, but...
