Bungalow Natura Village - Puerto Plata

I was in some vacations. That was the best. Elisabetta was so helpful to me. She even ordered me food when I arrived as my flight was too late a day. We talked about culture every day. She told me how to get around even where to buy food so I could cook. I felt like I was actually part of the culture on this trip, and she felt like family. BNV will definitely take care of you. It's worth it.

We had a nice 2 weeks stay at Bungalow Natura Village. Elizabetta, Carlo, Mark and all staff were friendly, accomodating and very helpful. The bungalows are very private and comfortably furnished under a lush tropical garden. The location is perfect! Just walk to the grocery shops, the beach and all restaurants and pubs, but just far enough to be quiet and quiet in the bustling Sosua. We recommend Bungalow Natura Village and hope to return. Both hosts are amazing. The nicest people. Nice accommodation. Very friendly and bent over backwards to please us. There was a domestic situation between a Russian couple living in the accommodation. The owners quickly treated the problem the right way and apologized to all guests. The guard was good. Most helpful. The pool guy was good. Most helpful. A great stay. Curtains in the cabin do not completely cover window that was disturbing. It is still a 5 and these are very good.honest people with a beautiful property in a very amazing location. Amazing place! Very clean, quiet, and at the same time just a few steps to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, beach, etc. Extremely kind and helpful host.
