YES, there are mixed reviews for this restaurant. Our experience was perfect, First the blackberry margaritas were exactly like I want sweet. We then had chicken fajitas that we shared and plenty for two with an order of guacamole and extra tortillas. YES, the vendors...did come by, but they left at NO. In nice weather you can even be served in the outdoor area, and there is no-charge WiFi.

This restaurant is right next door to two others, and the menus and prices are pretty comparable. The two next door have big canopies that are great in the rain. This place just has umbrellas. Woman and I stopped eating here. funky small place on the beach. feet in the sand. we had a chili relleno that was delicious. service was great. credit card not...

"It's a 15 20 minute drive from the airport. Should you make the drive? Yes. And do it again and again. Everything about this restaurant is magnificent. Three of us ventured to Ixtapa to see if this restaurant was deserving of all the rave reviews. The manager Leo, the ambiance, the food, and the service all were terrific. Hats off to Chef Chava for creating a special venue with great cuisine. We enjoyed the small croquette that arrived as a gift along with our wine. Then we shared two appetizers, a plate of dumplings and the seared tuna with 7 sauces. Each was well conceived and prepared. The main courses we enjoyed were the duck, short rib enchiladas, and the steak. We all tasted the other's dinners and agreed that the food here is sensational. Not merely good, but among the finest in the region. Our server, David, helped us with his knowledge of the food choices and the many wines. He helped to make it a special night. We expect to return again soon."
