Chappy's Sports Bar - Puerto Vallarta

What User likes about Chappy's Sports Bar:
We stopped here twice while in PV. They have excellent quesadillas here, and the beer prices are tough to beat. The beer was cold and the margaritas were some of the better in the area. The menu us not extensive, but it has the typical bar-type fare, in the Mexican version. We ate outside (I believe they have some indoor seating), and this is a good place for people watching. What User doesn't like about Chappy's Sports Bar:
Don't eat the food! I live here and I became intestinally sick with the amoebas twice. I thought 30 days might've made a difference but apparently the kitchen does not practice safe food handling. I would say the bartenders need hospitality training and a new owner that cared and is physically on property once a damn week might make a difference. Pfft. View all feedback.
