We found this place a couple years ago, on the recommendation of a friend who lives in PV. It is right across a small street from the cathedral, in a small brick building. What Terri H doesn't like about El Campanario II:
We came here because the NYTimes just recommended it last month. It operates on three different menus, breakfast, lunch and dinner. We got there at 1PM for the special lunch mentioned in the article but they weren't ready and would only serve us from the breakfast menu.
