"The service here is absolutely fantastic, any problem that the team showed up at the Grand Palladium Palace would be able to solve it. Specially, Helen, Jose and Louisa of Concierge, these three people are the best employees that the resort has!! On the first day I realized that I forgot my laptop charge and they called so many people to find a charger for me, so I was able to do everything I had. We also had problems with our room and they were beyond to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend coming here!"

"Wonderful experience, nice rooms, great and friendly staff. The buffet was ridiculously good with different varieties every day. The pool was lovely and met new people every day. Swim up bar was particularly convenient. Short 10 minute walk to the beach but there is a trolley that comes quite regularly you could hop on. Overall I'd recommend to anyone who's coming out to Punta Cana"

"We just came back after staying for a week . We are a family of 5. All I can say is wow! This is the best resort I have ever stayed in! The food was excellent, the hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. My kids loved the entertainment. The staff is wonderful! Especially Carmen at the main lobby bar in the evening. She served us every night with such care! She memorized our favourite drinks and made my kids feel extra special for their birthday! We left a few days ago and my kids are still talking about her! I can’t say enough great things about this resort. I will definitely go back!"

"I 've been to many places in DR. This one exceeded all expectations. Kids had something to do everyday. They have a habitat play ground for kids throughout the day. A water park in house that was fun even for the older crew. Absolutely amazing. The beds did not smell like most locations in DR. Felt right at home. I want to thank Carolina Perez and Eduardo for making our stay that much better. When you come here, ask for Carolina to be your concierge. she hooked up all our events/restaurants and kept us informed throughout the stay. Will be here again just because of Carolina."

"Franco kept the party at the pool. Such a nice man and so nice to speak. Amazing dancer too. Dauris, always ensured that we had a fresh drink, so polite and well maintained. Every morning he would say hi and give us a smile without a doubt. They are so hardworking people, never a boring moment around them. I would recommend such a nice hotel to everyone."
