10/20 6pm served cold frits. 4 employees are in the restaurant in a circle chat and have all kinds of laughs! After all, the attention of an employee was received and told her my fries were cold. When I got someone's attention, my burger was cold. No wonder during dinner hour that the place almost empty on a Friday. Terrible experience. Exceptional prices. Every Fast Food Burger Joint would be better. They have a guarantee... that's that they're sure I'll never go to a smashburger again! Disgusting!.
