"No 1 are the staffs! Very pleasant and helpful. The place and the pool are spectacular! The foods, we love it! There’s so many choices! Olè is our best one! Not much impressed in the room! Needs to be upgraded! Your wall socket needs to be change. It doesn’t hold any phone charger. We enjoyed our stay! The place is awesome!"

"This is a great resort for couples and families. Plenty of activities throughout the day. Short walk to the beach or grab a shuttle that goes by every few minutes. Plenty of options for places to eat and you can book a la carte restaurants every day. Pool has an active side and a quieter side split by a bar that serves ice cream. There is also a separate water park pool for the kids. The rooms are huge and fairly well maintained. Couple minor issues like only 1 of the 2 5v USB plugs next to the bed worked and our balcony light did not work. Staff are all super friendly and always willing to help out with whatever you need, but you will need to be patient. As with everywhere in the Caribbean there is no such thing as now . If you are looking for a vacation that is more than just a get wasted in the sun trip, this resort is for you"

"Everything in this hotel was upstairs. The entertainment team really invested to make everyone happy and planned everything to be perfect. The evening shows were like Cirque De Soliel, the day entertainment was great! Outside: Bobby and Carina! These are the nicest, people so on earth and always smile and make sure that guests are always happy. The hotel grounds, we are all well maintained and the guest service team, does everything to make your stay perfect. I recommend the application! Reserve all your dinner reservations in advance! The app comes handy to know what happens in the hotel, the connection with the guests services! The food was the top of the line!"

"My wife and I have not been here for a few years (at least 4-5). We switched to another hotel group because this place had fallen off badly in the room, food quality, and service. We came this time only because of a concert, and wow have they improved. Everything is clean. The rooms are great. The service is back. The food and alcohol are abundant and top-notch again. The place had a design overhaul in a lot of areas. They spent time and money to build it back up to greatness. Bravo to Hard Rock for a remarkable recovery!"

"The staff at the poolside bar were extremely friendly. Juan, Greizy, Jean-Paul, Maria, Edward and Frederick made our vacation extra special. They attended to our every need before we needed it. Highly recommend this adults only Royalton. Food at the buffet was fresh and delicious. So many choices whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. Only negative comment, last day of our vacation, room air conditioner broke. Definately will return to see our new DR friends."
