"Last night at Bobs I described the experience as PROFESSIONAL! For those looking for the service experience, this is the place. Last night it rained, the Valet was ready to park the car. He was very prepared. Take a look. My Manhattan perfect. Our waiter was professional, timely and efficient. The administration came by to welcome me. Dessert was great. Look at this. And my car was waiting outside when I expected my departure. Professional is the word I told Valet. The steaks were tender, I made cream grains. It was delicious! "Where do I begin? When you walk in, you’re immediately treated like family. The atmosphere is so friendly and relaxing that you feel right at home! The service is impeccable! The owner and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Now, the food is unbelievable! I’m Ukrainian, and my husband is American. We both couldn’t have been happier with the food! We ordered A LOT (beef tongue, Russian style herring, borscht, Turkish liver, manti, plov, lamb ribs kebab, buckwheat kasha with mushrooms, and Napoleon). Every dish was so spectacular that we had to come back for dinner the next day! Sadly, we live 4 hours away, but this will be our only go-to restaurant every time we’re in Dallas!"
