What Cherelle Still doesn't like about Kfc:
This is my third visit to this restaurant. The first time, my food was ready. The second time, there was an 18-minute wait for chicken. The cashier did not inform me or the customers ahead of me about the delay. I wish we had been given the choice to go somewhere else before paying for slow service.
