An awesome fusion of Cajun and standard fare. I enjoyed the Cajun eggs Benedict. Very flavorful combo I would not have thought of! Fresh and hot food, good coffee with the very important selection of creamers to accompany it, and excellent service from Francisco. There were so many yummy potentials to try!
