I like Hat Creek and was excited to bring my friend, but be prepared for children. Most of the seating is outdoors with encouragement for the kids to play, so it's wonderful when you have children. The customer service here sucks. The girl on the register told me they didn’t have a certain flavor of shake when it’s right there on the menu. Then they served us our meal, we sat and ate for 25 min and they still didn’t bring us the shakes we ordered. Just annoying, thank God for the playground. But we def won’t come back to this location, we have had far better experiences at the Golden Triangle location. View all feedback.
