I walked to one of the many food trucks near the Waco Hilton for lunch. Silver Creek Ranch is very inviting, with plenty of seating. We had the Chopped Pork and Chopped Brisket Sandwiches with Potato Salad. The meat was tender, with lightly sweet BBQ sauce. Their potato salad is similar to what you'd buy at HEB. It was all good, for 2 meals for around $20. View all feedback.
What John Washington doesn't like about Silver Creek Ranch:
The ribs were okay, I suppose most of the time you are paying for the name. I had heard good things and decided to try it. The ribs were small, but the sauce was pretty good. View all feedback.
