It was our first time visiting the Wheatsheaf Inn and all we can say is how brilliant it was! The food was lovely and great service. The staff were all friendly and made you feel welcome straight away! Nothing was too much trouble. The owner is just brilliant what a lovely down to earth lady! Highly recommend this pub. Never to visit again! Firstly, rude staff, poor customer service. Even by the owner it’s self. Not even a friendly face in sight! I was with a group of friends. Sitting in the quiet part of the pub in front of the tv. At 11:50pm ready to watch the fire works on New Year’s Eve on the tv.They come over and switch the tv, fully knowing that we were all watching it.
