Tried soupless udon for the first time here, and it did not disapoint! The carbonara udon I had was very good. However, my friend found their signature udon with ground beef much too salty. I recently visited Mazemen Kerrisdale, craving their specialty mazesoba. The service was excellent, and we were seated immediately, which was a plus. However, I was disappointed with the mazesoba itself. The pork was tough and didn't seem fresh, and the noodles were excessively oily, making it difficult for me to finish my bowl.
