I know that Nick’s has been getting negative feedback due to the change in management. But people need to consider that the new staff is adapting to the dynamic change, and so should the customers. The service was splendid, and the food, particularly the waffles, were scrumptious. The only minor complaint is that there should be more waiters available on standby even when it’s during a not-so-busy time of day. View all feedback.
What K O doesn't like about Nick's Family:
It is clean and friendly, with lots of options and great service. Waiters can be forgetful about who ordered what and give the wrong plate to someone. They are quick to apologize though. Before giving you the bill verify that everything on the bill was ordered. The food is pretty good. View all feedback.
