What User likes about Beans and Rice:
Right on the malecon with a view of the beach. Had the steamed clams (very good)and seafood ceviche (average). Service was attentive, though not fluent in English, but had no problems with the orders. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Beans and Rice:
We stopped to eat here during the San Felipe Baja 250. There was ample seating and free wifi. Like most of Mexico, service is extremely slow. It took an hour to get a taco. The shrimp plate and seafood soup were amazing! View all feedback.
Good low cost meal.
We watched football while snacking.on steamed clams and good french fries .... On the cheap. We'll return to try more of there fare.
pretty good garnel tacos
when they eat in sf on the scenic, they do it for the sake of clarity and location. this place is good, not great. Shrimp tacos were good. service was good.

In beautiful weather you can even eat in the outdoor area, and there's a counter where you can sit down and taste. The seat / dining area invites you to linger and extensively eat.
