Price Is very reasonable, the taste wise not bad. Must book in advance. Suddenly the light went off, I expect someone Birthday. Mana tau is blackout!

Sandakan O Sandakan….had our first seafood dinner at Empire, Jln Avenue. Not bad, serve no pork however if you are not into chinese wine please inform the waite...

Good food and fresh. Steamed grouper was done nicely. Nice dinner with good friends. Upstairs has lots of tables and air-conditioned. Closes at 10pm, not 8pm as...

"Strong calming coffee smell right from the entrance is just superb and sincerely welcoming, not to mention the friendly greeting from the barista himself, the well balanced taste of the cakes, cookies and drink, a cup of finely decorated and well textured hot mocha has truly make my day... 5stars highly recommended"

"Second time at this place, the first visit was 7 years ago. The place was clearly run down and I think they should invest more in repairs and upgrades. Like the wooden floor would definitely benefit from some polishing. The chairs and tables could use some kind of upgrade. Having said that the place has the best views in town you can see the city from here and many people drop by for the scenery. The service was good the staff even allowed us to order close to the closing time and did not shoo us away when the closing time was close. The tea (we ordered Earl Grey) was delicious (though I was surprised they wrote Earl GRAY on the menu). The scones were nice and the sandwiches were fresh. I was impressed by the cream, very thick and spreadable quite unique than other places. Recommended!"

"The dishes in the photo, without rice and tea comes to $197. That’s insanely expensive , given it tastes like it would cost a quarter the price. Also got charged 5$ for a small sauce plate of belacan, u serious. Marmite chicken, was so bitter I actually almost vomited. Never coming again, for the price maybe put a better effort into cooking ur dishes."
