chill out is a small local restaurant. this place was fantastic. lage is good! the inner was very clean. the cash register and the cook were amazingly friendly and helpful. especially when I saw the obvious cash money only sign. if they don't have money, there's a cash machine on the inside. Nice big burritos, but not as good as I remember. It's been a few years since I went here last, and I remember it as a great post-surf breakfast burrito spot.
