"There’s not many other breakfast spots in Scotts Valley so I always recommend Auntie Mame’s. I’ve only had lunch here once and it was decent. Breakfast is pretty good! I love the eggs Benedict. They are pretty busy (especially on the weekends) so sometimes there’s a wait."

"This restaurant has always been important to my family, as my dad worked there for many years when he was young and cool and lived in Santa Cruz so I try to make a point to visit whenever I’m up North. The wait time was alright-they were very understaffed (down to one or two bussers) so things were a little chaotic. The food was amazing and the outdoor patio was really nice. I definitely recommend stopping by any chance you can!!"

"The strength of this taqueria is in the sauces and sides. I like their sauces and salsa so much. The bold and smoky flavor from one of the sauces are still fresh in my memory. The grilled jalapeños and pickles are also amazing. We order ceviche and it is refreshing with strong lime flavor. The quesadillas are also good. I heard that this place is popular for UC Santa Cruz students. That's how you know that it is also affordable :"

"Large servings! Staff was very friendly. There will most likely be a wait time even if on a week day. They only take cash or check but they do have a atm inside. Parking may be difficult so expect to walk a bit. Indoor and outdoor seating with heaters."

"I really enjoyed the Bbq here at mission street. I ordered the pork ribs, tri -tip and my wife had the tri tip sandwich. They let the meat be the star and didn?t try to make up for lack of flavor like most places do by dousing the bbq in sauce. As a matter of fact, I almost forgot to add bbq sauce because the seasoning/ smoke profile was pretty good on their meat already .This place will definitely be a stop for us again on our next visit to Santa Cruz."
