Surprised at the negative reviews. We booked on a whim whilst at the airport as it was too busy to sit anywhere in the main terminal. I found it to be very clean and tidy, toilets too. Outside area was lovely, food was really good, plenty of drinks alcoholic and soft to help yourself too and fridges very well stocked. Horrible experience here. American Express has this as a partnered lounge and they don’t admit Amex nor Priority pass holders. We waited in line and they pulled 5 of us all Platinum cardholders one Centurian Black card holder all with priority pass out of line and said they will take all business class flight pass holders only no other passes will be allowed.. a bit silly but ok.
