"Delicious food and magnificent views easily from the main street of Neuschwanstein Castle. Huge portions. Friendly service. we had the lenses with bread and it was great and absolutely delicious. Also the fish and cheese parrots should not be missed. There's an ice shop right next door with their distillery products. There is also a playground for children in the cellar!!"

"Tchibo sales point is no longer present. Still delicious coffee, excellent pastry, and extremely friendly staff in bakery and café. In September 2017, E.E.A. is changing. The cafe share comes, like bakery store, on the ground floor. Then everyone can enjoy the delicious delicious delicious deliciousness of Knittel! Don't get all smoked up!"

"The service is very good (sometimes too fast), food is good and the decor of the restaurant is very nice. They also have a menu in English which we appreciated, as well as a good kids menu. You will not find an endless menu but the items in it are quite interesting. Worth a try if you're in the area."

"Cosy place with nice dark woodworking which reminded us of many pubs in Ireland. Behind the bar Ben took great care of us and since we we don't speak German it was very helpful he was from England. After thinking and touring the food and drinks were just what we needed. If you like some decent 10-18 yr old Scotch you can find plenty to choose. Slainte!"
