What User doesn't like about The Border:
Came to the Borders restaurant this week. Sadly we found the restaurant sadly lacking. Plenty of staff, just.poor management. Waited ages for drinks, food was mediocre, the chips looked more like over cooked, and often, Would not recommend, until the restaurant improves View all feedback.
I had a wonderful experience with the entire meal. The staff was friendly and made sure we enjoyed our dining experience. A special thank you to the server who helped my father-in-law when he was choking. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Just got back from the Border Hotel. They have a wide variety of options on the menu to suit everyone's tastes. The food was excellent and the portion sizes were very generous. We dined in the restaurant that is primarily used for evening bookings, and it was a nice room. The service was very good. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place.
Had a nice lunch yesterday in the winter garden big company, great food and wine. the waitress was beautiful and very attentive. I would recommend the vanilla cheesecake for which he should die. we will be coming back
A great thank you to lindsay, scott and the team in border hotel to make my birthday dinner so special yesterday. eating 1. class, service excellent, and the girls all welcoming and friendly, nothing seemed to disturb them. can only say thank you and say that it is the place to go for a meal.
Great overnight stay !! Very welcoming staff. Lovely rooms. The food was excellent. Breakfast first class. Would recommend staying here .
