my favourite part at this restaurant is the artwork. they are brave, beautiful and very interesting. I had the sweet tamales, too sweet for me, not really for them, but my man had enchiladas that were delicious and a margarita I tasted it, that was also good. chips and salsa were good and john our waiter was great. I was not impressed by this place. eating was extremely dry and had not much taste (my friends? eating was the same.) my tacos were so dry and tasteless, I asked for salsa and more acidic looked and was charged an additional $1 for it. if they want good Mexican food, I do not recommend this place. I had much better service and eat for much cheaper. on the plus side we sat right at the weekend. View all feedback.
My favorite Tex-Mex in Phoenix. The flour tortillas chips are addictive. The salsa is also excellent.

I'm going to give them a few stars for the service and the atmosphere. It's a nice get together spot. I have friends that go weekly because of the drink specials and food specials. I have to say that if it weren't for the sheer fact of meeting withthem, I'd not go back. The food isn't great. It's been this way for years. I've sent enchiladas back numerous times because thebottoms were so burnt not even a knife would cut through. The tacos for taco Tuesday have very little flavor. I love spice andso I will often order a side of their New Mexico sauce that often has quite a kick. There has been times where it's had verylittle spice to it. I've even had a server come back to me saying they tasted the sauce and here was some chopped jalapenosbecause they didn't know what happened or why the sauce had no spice. Clearly they do a great business so, these things mightjust be happening to me. Like I said, atmosphere and service are amazing. If I drank, the specials alone would keep me coming.
