"We were trying to get into the cafe opposite as it had tables in the sun, and it wasn’t immediately obvious where the entrance to the Almshouse is (10 yards down street). The outside seating doesn’t look as appealing as it’s neighbor but once inside it’s a different story. A really nice menu with an excellent selection of cakes and sandwiches and great coffee, served by friendly staff. The Almshouse itself is really pretty inside, with a bookshop, and spiral staircase taking you to more seating. Next time we’re in Axbridge we’ll be heading straight there!"

A Bristol weekend of Rock’n’Roll and palaea called for some salty lunches and eating at pigsty hit the spot! the jolly hog pigsty is shitted in bristols whapping wharf cargo container and everything sold, but the squeal we had an absolute dick and I can't expect to go back to more.
