Our party of 4 was at the falcon hotel and decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. it was a most pleasant experience. eating was amazing!
The food and the service were very good. the personal was not allowed to accept tips. Why is that?
The food was excellent and the service was very good. both chicken and salmon dishes were beautifully presented and delicious.
We waited 50 minutes for the meal. the fish tasted like he had been left for hours. the teig was chewing and firm on the fish. my man was steak and chips without anything on the side. the waiting workers tried their best, but could not deal with the pay. they were pleasant.
Unfortunately a really poor end to what was a lovely start with the christmas santa grotto experience. Servive was so slow, often resulting in our party wandering off to the bar to find someone, to then be told to sit down as they'd be right over, but still waiting another 10-15minutes. Lager was off with floating bits and sour taste, obvious that the lines had not been cleaned. Waitress did deduct bill by 2 pepsis but as the overall bill for 4 adults and 2 toddlers was £80 we resented paying it for such a poor experience
