We visited on a quiet Friday night in February and were really pleased that we did. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a lovely ambiance. Staff were excellent- super friendly and very knowledgeable and our food was amazing. We had starter and main but were too full for pudding. The recommended wine was also delicious. We will definitely return next time we visit Dartmouth. read more.

Visited for coffee on a sunny winters day but was told we could only sit in the shady seats as the sunny seats next to the river were for breakfast people only! But the place is empty we said. Have people reserved? I’m sorry sir but only on the shady side please. The place looked nice and we probably would visit on a regular basis and would have eaten there as well.
