Booked a couple of days via Secret Escapes deal. Room was large, clean and beautifully decorated. Staff very attentative. Wonderful breakfast, ordered the night before. Ordered Vegetarian pasta, pine nuts were burnt, the pasta was bland, olives not even chopped sundried tomatoes looked like a last minute addition. Couldn't have been worse, very dull. Starter had Tomato soup, very thick lumpy. Crème brulee for desert, came with no biscuit or side, again bland, lacked vanilla. read more.
