We ordered one traditional one savoury afternoon tea to share). We can honestly say it was the best afternoon tea we’ve ever had and we’ve had one at The Ritz). The customer service here is shocking. I don’t actually think they want anyone in there. We arrived on a very rainy day and took the last table for two. We then sat and witnessed other customers arriving to be told very rudely that they were full, the staff were not pleasant to anyone as it appeared they couldn’t cope with the endless customers.
