I visited here on my own for a takeaway drink and a gift voucher. I have been before. The car park is HUGE as it is shared by the entire retail park. I didn 't struggle to find a space at all. I wanted to buy a gift voucher and staff showed me the design choices and explained how they worked. I also bought a coffee to take with me. They have an app where you can collect 'beans '. I have ordered the advertised scone with strawberry conserve and cream twice now and each time they have forgotten the strawberry conserve and cream. I even included a note not to forget this for this particular order and it still wasn't delivered. If they don't have the conserve and cream then they shouldn't include this in the description false advertising! View all feedback.
Large bright fresh new costa, friendly staff and usual good quality awaits from costa drinks, cakes and toasties
Very busy, something like that wait for food and drink. personal friendly.
Consistently good coffee and cake, sandwiches are also beautiful. good location right in the middle of the long water park, as they always find a place somewhere. currently only take along, but this can change very soon (pandemic mai '21,) so nowhere to drink coffee, unless they go with him or sit in their car. a star lost as it is expensive for eating. otherwise my choice over other popular coffee houses.
Everytime I visit here the wait is ridiculous! With only 2 people in front of me I queued 20 mins! Came in once with 6 people in queue and waited 45 mins! Every single time the wait it crazy long. Great if you like waiting so long for your drink!
Too long wait. Two people employed in busy Costa retail outlet. Hence they can't cope. Long queues. Slow. Unclean tables. Chaos. Staff too slow as well.
