Great bakery in general but I couldn't find a list of ingredients for their produce anywhere on the packaging or online. While the bread does taste great, it doesn't have the honesty of an ingredients label to show just what's in the bread to help customers decide if what they're eating is in fact healthy at all which is the entire point of freshly baked bread that it doesn't need preservatives to support shelf life.... Purchased a cottage bakery carrot cake at a local supermarket in Holloway . On first bite , I spat it into the bin followed by the cake
