In my opinion Dunkin headquarters should take this shop and use it as a model for all their other stores their costumer service is exemplary! I wish I have the names of the employees here but they are all just so kind and gracious! Serving everyone quickly and efficiently always with a smile and cheerful! View all feedback.

They get orders wrong far too often. What's the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait in line to correct a simple 1 item order. Also, the consistency of add ins (syrup,cream) is nonexistent, even when specified in the app. That's why when I have the time, I go Starbucks, because my order tastes the same everytime.
