What mikex882 likes about Cinnamon:
I was walking down Harpenden high street ad I was hungry, and I was a sign on the wall saying Cinnamon Indian restaurant and I had an sudden desire for curry. I walked into a very unassuming restaurant where I was met with a smile and a welcome to the restaurant, always a good start. I opted for takeaway, and walked out a few minutes later with lovely smelling food. Meaning that the incredibly slow drive home was tor... View all feedback.

What thepaulpbrown doesn't like about Cinnamon:
Saw this is a top ten list online for Herts Indians. Top Ten Indians for People Who 've Never Eaten Indian Food and Enjoy Long Waits perhaps? Nearly a 2 hour wait for two courses and not that busy. Clueless waiter. Couldn 't attract staff 's attention for love nor money. Spicy dish had a sauce reminiscent of Dolmio. Dhall was like sweetened porridge. Small portions of everything. Only nice thing was naan bread but ev... View all feedback.

Had dinner with a friend. Fantastic food, relaxed atmosphere and great service. One of the best restaurants in Harpenden. Would highly recommend.

"Hidden Gem!!! The Flavour was unbelievable, I literally haven’t tasted food quite like it before. Abigail gave us brilliant suggestions to try from the menu and her customer service was second to none. It was also nice to speak to the owner who took his time to talk to us and share experiences we have had in common. I will definitely be eating here again!!"

"Second visit to Little Maracech and didn't disappoint. Fantastic atmosphere, service and food. I had Trio Grill Mezze an absolute meat feast. My partner had Sultan Kadra a lamb dish where the meat literally fell off the bone. If you're not a meat eater then there are plenty of vegetarian meals. If you haven't been yet you need to go!"

"We had a well-deserved coffee and cake at Willow Trees Café after a lovely cross county walk. Refreshments were excellent and it was nice sitting outside by the river Lea (there was even a swan on the river with several young cygnets). There is not much parking at (or near) the Café so most people walk from Wheathampstead (along the Lea Valley Walk) or walk cycle from Harpenden along the old railway line (which is also part of the Lea Valley Walk). The café does have a set of cycle racks. It should be noted that the café is only at weekends and bank holiday Monday’s between May Bank Holiday weekend and August Bank Holiday Monday. Contactless payment is now accepted and additional outside seating has recently been added."
