"Second visit to Little Maracech and didn't disappoint. Fantastic atmosphere, service and food. I had Trio Grill Mezze an absolute meat feast. My partner had Sultan Kadra a lamb dish where the meat literally fell off the bone. If you're not a meat eater then there are plenty of vegetarian meals. If you haven't been yet you need to go!"

"We had a well-deserved coffee and cake at Willow Trees Café after a lovely cross county walk. Refreshments were excellent and it was nice sitting outside by the river Lea (there was even a swan on the river with several young cygnets). There is not much parking at (or near) the Café so most people walk from Wheathampstead (along the Lea Valley Walk) or walk cycle from Harpenden along the old railway line (which is also part of the Lea Valley Walk). The café does have a set of cycle racks. It should be noted that the café is only at weekends and bank holiday Monday’s between May Bank Holiday weekend and August Bank Holiday Monday. Contactless payment is now accepted and additional outside seating has recently been added."

"Hidden Gem!!! The Flavour was unbelievable, I literally haven’t tasted food quite like it before. Abigail gave us brilliant suggestions to try from the menu and her customer service was second to none. "This was first time trying this place and I am very impressed. The pizza was italian style (thin crust), had fresh ingredients and the customer service was great. I had the open to get it delivered to my house but I chose to pick it up instead. The restaurant is closed due to COVID-19 but it looks very hygienic and modern. I definitely recommend you trying this place. They are also on Just Eat!!"
