I found this little deli bar in a charming farmer market business called Bushel and Peck. Although they don't have a gluten-free menu, the cook that leads the place could take me very well. She made me a delicious shrimp salad sandwich on gluten-free cheese puppets waffles. She was extremely aware of what precautions to take and advise which items can be adjusted for gluten-free.
