"Cute little place. Coffee is very good. I had a flat white and a cinnamon bun and both were delicious. I would definitely come back. One thing I didn't like was the seats as they were somewhat uncomfortable to sit in."

"It was my first time there and it was the best breakfast ever in Ottawa. Kale-Pache was amazingly cooked with a nice smell and a good portion. The service was great and the hosts were friendly and responsive. On the whole, I do recommend it to all who love Kale Pache. I will try other foods soon as well."

"My family loves Colonnade Pizza. We were thrilled when a location opened on Merivale and were even more excited when the Carling location opened. The food is so great here! The serving staff treat you like you're family in a Brooklyn sense don't expect fawning, you'll get a warm welcome and everything you need. I think they switched their Gluten Free recipe/supplier because it's excellent (I wasn't too fond of it when I had it last year)! My only two complaints is that the immediate parking lot is so small with only one handicap spot and not a lot of room to drop people off at the door with all the comings and goings at the coffee shop. I also wish that they would partner with a deliver service so that I could get delivery!"

"Dropped in late one night for some drinks with friends. I ordered some appetizers and I really enjoyed them along with my amber beer. The seating allowed for us to sit together but the seating is high bar stools so a little tricky and not much room to put your purse or bag (had to use the floor or the foot rest on the high tables). The tables are not that big but then again neither are the plates. It is a little dark but it worked for the ambience at that time of night. It was a little loud but then again there was alot ogf people there. Wonder what if would be like for supper time - not sure."

"Wife and I are from Montreal and decided to go on a. Drive towards Ottawa. Decided to have dinner here for Wife?s birthday and glad we did. Staff are friendly and polite. Food was great. Wife?s steak was on the overcooked side but was quickly corrected.Thank you to the manager (didn?t get her name) and Alex our waiter for making our first visit a wonderful evening. BTW, Alexsuggested we try the Billy Miner Pie for dessert. Really enjoyed it. Look it up and give it a try! Also ask why it was namedafter ? ????"
