"Where do I start…the staff, sooo friendly and helpful. Service was top notch. Located in what I believe is the old rail station in Kensington, super chill little spot to sit and have a few drinks and some delicious grub. Their burgers…my word…they don’t come much tastier than theirs. We ordered the triple classic station burger and the smokehouse burger. They were some of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Fries were amazing and while plentiful, not overdone. The gravy on their poutine is a beef gravy and it’s so dang good. They use local cheese curds as well. Their soup of the day, I can’t remember what it was, but it was freaking amazing. Haha And the fish…oh the fish…biggest piece of haddock I’ve gotten anywhere yet! They make a cranberry Moscow mule that is to die for, I could sit and drink that all dang day!! Highly highly recommend a visit there!!!"

"Decided to have take out for supper. The food is always so good here. The servings are large and the prices are reasonable . There are combination plates available as well as dinners for a certain number of people . Always hot and fresh ....Staff is very friendly and there is a nice dining room too."

"This restaurant has a nice pub atmosphere and comfortable seats. There is no wait time on a Monday night, but also no mussels as they were out. That was very disappointing, especially as it was still hours before closing. I recommend the clam chowder-it has great flavours and is packed with seafood. I also had the Thai bites, which were average. However, the homemade chips that came with the Thai bites were a home run."

"Waited 30 mins in an empty diner waiting for my check. Put down a $20 to cover the 2 6$ meals plus tax and tip, and then left. It was THEN they decided they wanted to address my bill. I will not return."

"Each year we plan the day around a trip to Kensington to do the Haunted House but the best part of that day is lunch at the Frosty Treat! The staff are happy friendly and the food is well worth the wait! The pieces of fish appear to be full fillets it is enough for two people or two meals! The batter on the fish and the clams was light and flavourful cooked just right! The fries are also just exactly the right crispiness tasty enough without ketchup or gravy but the gravy was also home made quality delicious!! You won’t be sorry you chose this spot!"
