What Hiram Langworth likes about The Lemon Tree:
The Lemon Tree is conveniently located right under Australia Square, smack in the city centre. As a matter of fact it is walking distance from Wynyard station and I had the opportunity to check it out over two visits. I like the look of the little restaurant, it had an alfresco feel to it and certainly reminded me of the southern part of Italy. Which is exactly what was intended. The cuisine is intended to reflect th... View all feedback.

What Katherine Ryan doesn't like about The Lemon Tree:
came here when it opened. it is like a piece of Greece/Italy in the middle of the city. I love that white. I ordered the barramundi that was yummo and very simple. the rocket and parmesan salat was also yummo. it is quite expensive to come such a good place for a celebration. View all feedback.

"Good selection of options throughout the Asian range with vegetarian options that can be vegan, except the Burnt Butter Cauliflower. We sat outside, which is quite beautiful, allies of restaurants in Crows Nest are set up for it. The interior seats are available at some tables and some benches. Good food, we enjoyed the dishes, the Tamarind Curry had a very nice taste, creamy with a hint of sour. The mushrooms stir fry was also very nice. Spring rolls and dumplings were good. Well, that there is a vegan Gf option in the Entrees. Updated by previous review on 2022-01-17"

"Good service and the food was delicious and easily shared. We ate scallops, pork belly then duck, lamb and ocean trout, sides of fries and broccolini. Finished with desserts though very full. Enjoyed the Prosecco and a lovely Shiraz. Definitely recommend and will be back."

"Really nice cafe and bar with friendly staff and lots of dogs.  The coffee wasn't bad although had a rather unusual flavour but the food really stood out.  Fairly standard breakfast fare but with twists like lots of sambal and hash and my bowl had a whole potato and half an avocado."
