Visiting the area for a week to celebrate my 60th birthday with family and friends. I spoke with Pascal on the phone a few days before and he created a menu for our party. The restaurant is charming in the small village of Thenay. Honest, competent cooking, decent quality raw ingredients, itself no mean feat in France. Welcoming and warm every time. The best choice for miles around.
