I went to lunch with a group of colleagues, while in tijuana to what I was told the newly opened elpeztaco. it was quite quiet during the time we were there, but the atmosphere was good, waiting staff very friendly and efficient and restaurant kept. very clean. the tastes of each of the dishes were amazing. from the tangie citrus zing the civeche divided entrée to the juicy fresh taste of the crispy peeled tortillas....
