Overall great fast food place. The food and prices were great. Customer service was decent. The only issue was the wait time. We went late night and there was a long line. It was at a stand still for about 30+ minutes. Maybe they weren't expecting the rush. My food was ill-prepared. 1st time and not planning to return. I had high hopes because my NC friends always rave about cookout. Maybe Jackson location is just a miss.
