"Cashier Izzy, was not friendly. I was waiting at the register when she came out from the back. She stood in front of the Register just looked at me , no greeting. after I said Hi my 2nd time she responded, took my order. When she finished my drink she just put it on the counter, mumbled something and walked away. No thank you, no pleasantries. Not sure if I'd return to this store."

"I purchased a piece of Red Velvet cake for $4.00 along with a large stewed chicken meal a drink, only to get to work and start to eat the cake when I realized it had a RANK fish smell, I had 3 different co workers smell it to confirm.. The place was closed by this time so I called to report it this morning to be told it's all the same cake no one else complained there are no refunds.!! I have never ever had cake that smelled fishy and for the life of me I can't figure out if I ordered stewed chicken why the cake would smell that way. However my BIGGEST disappointment was the lack of concern about the matter..IF it's all the same cake WHY would I want another piece??? And if you don't give refunds decided to give me a store credit WHY would I trust returning back as loyal customer after such treatment??? I had no issues with the food or drink yet I was made to feel only I had a problem with the STANK RANK FISHY SMELLING RED VELVET CAKE .. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAJOR DISREGARD FOR MY WELL BEING... NO CONCERN WHAT SO EVER FOR ANY FOOD ALLERGIES I MAY HAVE OR ILLNESS THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED..!!!"

"The service in this place is excellent. The wait time is crazy for the food to be mid. Me and my wife had the crab stuffed grouper, and it was bland. My daughter had the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, and that was bland also. My father in law had the rib eye steak and after sending the first one back. It came out excellent. Medium rare, FTW! I will not come back, but from what I heard others say while in the restaurant, they loved it. Also, the lake view is great! I gave them 3 stars but you will not see me there."
