"Finally made it to Sammy Lou's! The ribs brisket were absolutely delicious the CFS was pretty good. We decided to get a pound of brisket to go and it was so melt in your mouth. Made it back about a week later and had the meatloaf 3 meat trio (ribs both sausages). The meatloaf was good, a bit warm on one end and got hotter at the other. If I try it again, will take it with the red gravy to see if there's any real difference. Both sausages were very tasty and the ribs were awesome, again. We skipped dessert but did take a pound of brisket home."

This place has the best food that I 've had anywhere since moving here back then.Whatever hassles you have to get through to get here, become distant memories after the first bite goes in your mouth.On my first visit, I was shocked when the owner told me I was about to have the BEST jägerschnitzel I 'd ever had. I was like... Okay! This guy doesn 't know where I 've been all over the USA. That 's a cocky thing to say. Well... It was! And, his story about how he got here with this restaurant is fantastic too! You 'll understand the decor completely, if you can get him when he 's got enough time to tell you about it.And, he most definitely knows how to pour a beer properly. The best pour I 've seen from a commercial restaurant.Pay attention to the little things. They matter!Makes his own pineapple schnapps. Best of the best!"

"Food was great however the bartender was atrocious. We sat down and he attended to three girls who already had drinks. We waited for 20 minutes and he never even looked our way. Eventually the people next to us asked for another round, while they still had drinks, and he finally addressed us to say “they were here first.” Absolutely disgusting treatment. He really missed out on a great tip as we always take care of those who service us."
