Paid $19.94 to have a chocolate frappe delivered to my friend for their birthday via uber eats. The frappe was $11.95 and the description was Famous ice cream blended with crushed ice. Served with whipped cream. She got a cup of chocolate-flavored ice. No cream, no topping like depicted in the photo. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. They could at least try to provide what is in their description and photo. View all feedback.
