"Lovely hotel! Very good food, and variety. The only less good part is that you don 't have a more healthy snacks for the kids. Other than that is a very good hotel with wonderful staff"

"The Hard Rock was definitely a fun experience! If you prefer your vacations to be filled with lots of activities and people, this is the place for you! We enjoyed all the restaurants and events throughout the week, but just prefer a more low key vacation. You definitely get what you pay for here there are a lot of bars, restaurants, and things to do that are covered in the all inclusive package so would recommend going that route. The grounds were well maintained with a lot of staff always around cleaning and keeping the place looking nice! Everyone was friendly and helpful as well. We worked out in the gym every day which was very nice to have on site. Wished we could have checked out the spa but it was a little overpriced for us. There was always plenty of towels and chairs at the beach and pools which was nice. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have kids or a large group who enjoys having fun!"

"We are really enjoying our crew of entertainers, Tripley, Franco, Wanda, Juan, and the DJ. They are out there everyday giving it their all. From teaching dance lessons, pool side, to swim aerobics, to fun contests. They are making our stay here very enjoyable!! Elizabeth took care of us every evening, delivering delicious drinks with a smile. She is a fabulous waitress, who contributed to our wonderful experience! Alexander, our butler, was amazing! He tended to our every need, from booking reservations, to picking us up and driving us to dinner! The resort is walkable, but he offered to take us to our dinners. We are 6 adults all around 60 years of age. We love to have a good time, and we did! We like to be active, dance, drink, eat, play games, and we especially enjoyed the lazy River! If you don’t have a good time here, there’s something wrong with you."

"Wonderful experience, nice rooms, great and friendly staff. The buffet was ridiculously good with different varieties every day. The pool was lovely and met new people every day. Swim up bar was particularly convenient. Short 10 minute walk to the beach but there is a trolley that comes quite regularly you could hop on. Overall I'd recommend to anyone who's coming out to Punta Cana"

"We had an amazing week with our kids! Everything was perfect! We loved the pool, waterpark, kids club, the nights shows, the entertainment is great! The staff is always so polite and friendly! A special thank you and mention for Jorge No1 at the entertainment! He was very friendly and we had a very good time thanks to him and his colleagues. Also everything is always clean! Thank you and we will come again for sure!"

"Very good hotel , nice, helpful effective personal! Except security guard Ivan on a main gate , was very rude , did not allowed me to access hotel by car , despite permission from hotel bell boys service ! I had to walk with a heavy suit case I am an old man and it's not so easy for me! Why that ? We can only gess ! March 27,2022 Despite that I would highly recommend this resort for vacation!"

"Dreams Punta Cana made our dream destination wedding possible! We just had our wedding on 04/23/2022 and it was amazing! We would not change anything and it was absolutely perfect. Their wedding coordinator Franny Heredia knows what she is doing. Trust me, I was anxious and nervous about planning a destination wedding and not knowing how it was going to turn out, if it was going to look like the pictures and more. But, without any hesitation, we 100% loved it. It was everything we imaged and more. The decoration was excellent, the picture crew Adventure Photos was awesome and the crew that was serving our guests were fantastic. We had a total of 50 people and they only had great things to say. With all that said, we totally recommend this place if you are thinking about getting married, doing a family vacation or even just couples. Our crew had all of the above so we know this place can be great for anyone. We can 't wait to go back again. Maybe our Wedding Anniversary!"
