On a rainy cool morning in Vancouver my daughter recommended Slickity Jim 's for Brunch our last meal together before she headed off back east for another term of university. I went with a group of women and we started with wine (excellent) and several appetisers to share. I had a couple of bites of each, then a salad for the entre. I was sick all the next day. I don't know if it was msg, or bad oil or what, but considering the general discomfort of the place - wobbly tables and ridiculously small teacup sized appy plates, dark and dingy, I wouldn't go back.
