"Went for lunch, which they have focused on since opening. Etienne smokes all his own meat, and the sandwiches are incredible. You can also purchase smoked sausage and other charcuterie. You cannot beat his prices and flavour. Although we haven't tried dinner yet, the restaurant now is open near weekends, as well as offering take out. Apparently these will be focused on dishes that take some time to cook rather than the current trend of small dishes in the area. Only one street over from busy Wellington Street, and the slowly gentrified Hintonburg area of Ottawa. They have recently obtained a liquor licence."

"I'm here twice and I'll go back in any case. the packs are amazing. the prices are at the upper end, but it is worth it anyway. I believed their delicious Falafel wraps, so I could visit again tonight. many thanks for the great service and delicious food!"

"Best Pizza in Ottawa. The pizza here is my favourite in Ottawa. The crust is what makes it, but they have pretty gosh darned good pepperoni too. If you're into the classic pizzeria type pizza, this is the best pizza ever. I LOVE the way the place looks, like it hasn't been renovated since 1973. It brings me a very pleasant sense of nostalgia. The service is super friendly. They even write nice things out in ketchup for you on the pizza plate when they serve it to you. Their pizza is amazing, their salad is pretty good, their pies are exquisite. Also, the hallway you walk through to get into and out of the restaurant includes arcade games like the Love Doctor. So, if you want a blast from the past and you love pizza, this is the place to go. I hope it doesn't change. Edit: I previously said something about the soup not being so great on account of it being out of a can, but have since been told that the soup is in fact homemade; you just have to order the soup of the day, otherwise you'll get canned soup. I can't wait to try the homemade soup at Louis'! I bet it's delicious."

"Fantastic food and extremely careful with allergies, absolutely wonderful- can’t wait to go back. Everything is made in house. All their food is gluten free besides the tortillas and they have in house made soft corn tacos which taste fantastic. (I had the taco platter, it was so filling I’m finishing the third taco now ? ? ? ?Ooh and they provide a little pan with beans and rice so you can add them to your taco as much or as little as you want! ?I’m allergic to poultry so most places are extremely risky for me. I had so many options! Pulled pork, steak, etc. YummmThe chef was so careful with my food, handed me everything separately to make sure it was the “safe” food. Such amazing customer service!My friend’s birthday dinner there was amazing and I look forward to going back! ? ?(In case anyone is curious they also have gluten free beer, margaritas, etc"
