I think Saint Franks does a lot of things that are unique in Victoria. I can't think of anywhere else where you can get barber service, a cocktail, and a pretty decent hot dog all under one roof. This was my second try of this bar, in as many weeks. I have been with 2 friend groups and we have all had similar opinions about our experiences. Very cool atmosphere and the venue is unique, however the drink menu is extremely expensive.
